Candle Care
Trim the wick to 1cm in length before each lighting.
Always keep a burning candle within sight.
It is advisable not to leave the candle burning for more than 4 hours for proper combustion.
When lighting a candle for the first time, allow the candle to burn for at least 2 hours to prevent tunneling.
Keep the candle away from direct contact with children, pets, curtains, drafts, and flammable objects.
For custom-made candles, wait 7 days after reception before lighting. This will ensure a perfect fusion of its components.
Care for Wax melts and Crumbles
Use only approved burners for wax melts.
Never leave a wax burner unattended.
Do not melt Wax melts and Crumbles for more than 4 hours.
Always place the wax burner on a flat surface.
Keep the wax burner away from direct contact with children, pets, curtains, drafts, and flammable objects.
Option 1: If the wax is melted, use a paper napkin or kitchen roll to clean the melted wax; once absorbed, dispose of it in the trash.
Option 2: If the wax is solid, place the burner in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. This will shrink the wax, and you should be able to remove it without leaving any residue.
We work with local suppliers in Spain and within the EU who produce their products sustainably.
Yes! Once about 1cm of wax remains, extinguish the candle. Candles should never be allowed to burn completely, as the container could break.
Be careful and cautious when removing the remaining wax, wicks, and any labeling.
Our suggestion is to pour very hot water to remove the wax inside the container, let it cool, and remove it. Gently scrape off any remaining wax and stickers with a plastic utensil (dispose of all wax in the trash; never pour wax down the drain).
Then place the container in hot soapy water to soften residues and labels, wash, rinse, and dry.
Note: We assume no responsibility for candle containers or the subsequent results of consumer reuse, once purchased.
Trim the wick to no more than 1 cm.
Let the candle burn for approximately 2-3 hours the first time you light it.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours.
Remember to trim the wick between burns to make the most of your candle.
Soot
The wick is too long. Trim the wick in small increments until it no longer produces soot.
Flickering
This is usually caused by drafts. However, the candle might also lack oxygen (for example, when pillar wax candles have a high rim and the flame is sunken). The rim should be trimmed.
