1. What are Noarhe Scents candles made of?

All our candles are handmade with a 100% natural soy and coconut wax blend, free of paraffin, phthalates, toxic additives, and petroleum derivatives. We also use wood wicks, organic cotton, and plant-based dyes. They are vegan and cruelty-free.

2. Can I customize the color or scent of the candles?

Yes! Many of our candles are customizable by color and, in some cases, by scent. You can see the available options on each product page or contact us if you have a special request.

3. Are the candles safe for people with allergies or MCS?

Yes, our candles are designed with special care to avoid harsh or synthetic chemicals. We use phthalate and paraben-free fragrances, and we also offer unscented candles for people with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity or olfactory sensitivity.

4. Do you ship all over Spain?

Of course! We ship to all of mainland Spain and also to the Balearic Islands. If you are in the Canary Islands or another country, write to us and we will see about the possibility of arranging a personalized shipment.

5. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the delicate nature of our products, especially during warm periods, some of our products are handmade to order, so preparation time is between 2 to 6 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time (24–72 h depending on the destination). We will notify you by email when your order is on its way.

6. How should I care for my candle to make it last longer?

For a clean and long-lasting burn, trim the wick to 5 mm before each use. Avoid moving it while it's lit, and do not leave it unattended. Always place it on a stable, non-flammable surface.

7. What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged in transit, don't worry. Write to us at noarhescents@gmail.com with photos and your order number and we will send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.

8. Can I include a gift note or special presentation?

Yes! You just have to indicate it in the notes section when making your purchase. We wrap your order with great care and can include a personalized note at no extra cost.

9. Are decorative pieces like trays or figures also handmade?

Yes, all our products – whether candles, trays, decorative figures, or air fresheners – are handmade in our workshop in Jerez de la Frontera, using eco-resins and artisanal techniques.

10. Do you offer personalized or seasonal packs?

Yes, we launch special editions and themed packs according to the season (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Autumn, etc.). We can also prepare personalized packs for events such as weddings, baptisms, or corporate gifts. Contact us and we'll discuss it!
